Who we are

Thrive Community Network CIC is a social enterprise that supports Black people, women, and immigrants who face barriers to employment, business growth, and leadership opportunities in the UK. The organisation exists to address economic inequality by providing accessible business education, mentoring, and scale up support that is rooted in lived experience and community need.

Thrive works with aspiring and early stage entrepreneurs, as well as individuals seeking to grow organisations or progress into leadership roles. Many of the people supported experience discrimination, lack access to professional networks, or are excluded from mainstream enterprise support. Thrive helps remove these barriers by offering culturally responsive training, one to one mentoring, peer support, and practical tools that build confidence, skills, and long term sustainability.

The organisation combines lived experience with professional expertise to deliver inclusive programmes focused on business growth, leadership development, and organisational capacity. Support is delivered through workshops, mentoring, partnerships, and digital platforms to ensure flexibility and accessibility.

Thrive Community Network CIC operates with a mixed income model, generating revenue through training, consultancy, and programme delivery, while reinvesting any surplus into its social mission. Its long term aim is to contribute to systems change by demonstrating inclusive models of enterprise support that reduce inequality, strengthen communities, and create lasting economic opportunity.
